Fixed Neck Turnout 200gsm

Tough fabric: 600 denier polyester with reinforced 1200 denier ripstop polyester sections where needed. Fully waterproof and breathable.
Relieves pressure points: Articulated full neck design for complete coverage and to relieve pressure on the wither, allowing horse to graze whilst the neck cover stays in place and close to horse's neck for increased protection that prevents heat loss.
No mane loss: Clever dome neck to take pressure off the mane and increase air circulation to prevent the hair follicles becoming starved of oxygen and consequently falling out.
Easy to use fastenings: Full chest adjustment to fit perfectly to horse. Easy clip fastenings. Pass through surcingles that prevent the rug from being pulled tight behind the elbow and in front of the stifle.
Shiny coat: Anti-rub lining which promotes a clean and shiny coat.
Freedom of movement:Tri-vent shoulder gusset for an enhanced fit, freedom of movement & prevention of shoulder rub. The tri-vent fits above the point of shoulder and articulates with horse's movement.

Do you have a Saturday service?

We do not currently operate a Saturday service, however if enough people request this we would look into this becoming an option.

What is your returns policy?

Do you have a store I can come in to try my item?

We do have a small store which we operate for people to look at products and try on items. However since we have a large amount of products which are not all stored at our Paignton warehouse, we request that you notify us what you are interested in and we will get it transferred and contact you once the item(s) are ready to view.

Do you combine postage?

When purchasing through our dedicated website the checkout process calculates the postage cost based on a combination price. Just look for the “Estimate shipping and tax” box in your shopping cart.

What do I do if an item arrives damaged?

Please contact us straight away with details of the damage including photographs where possible. One of our many helpful support staff will contact you about how to proceed.

What do I do if my item does not arrive?

Please allow 3 working days before contacting us and please try your local delivery office as they may have been unable to deliver your parcel. If this still has not rectified the problem please contact us and a support member of staff will advise how to proceed.

How quickly will my refund come through?

Please allow up to 24 hours for the funds to return to the account which the payment was made from.

How do I use my discount code?

In the checkout cart there’s a section entitled Discount Codes below the reward points section. Simply enter your code and click apply coupon. If your coupon is valid this will then be applied to your order and will show as a “Discount” just above the Grand total.

Can I order over the phone?

We are an online company and as such this is not something we offer as standard. If we do carry out an order over the phone this will incur extra charges

Which courier services do you use?

At time of writing this FAQ we use Royal Mail, DHL and Parcel Force. We have chosen these after years of dealing with courier companies and have found these to be by far the most reliable and cost effective. You can track your item at the following links:


Why doesn’t my tracking code work?

Your tracking code is allocated at the time your order is processed, however this doesn’t get activated until the order has arrived at the first stage of its journey. So please allow 24 hours for the code to become active.
