Be Seen: Put safety first with this hi viz turnout rug. Be prepared for finding your horse in the field in winter, leading down a road to turnout or in the unfortunate event your horse escapes. This rug features 360° reflectivity and high visability fabric giving drivers 3 extra seconds to react.

Functional: 600 denier ripstop fabric. Fully waterproof and breathable.
Relieves pressure points: Ergonomic neck design moves with the horse stays close to the neck whilst grazing ensuring the horse is protected from the driving wind & rain helping to prevent heat loss.
Medium weight: 200g of thermal fibre fill. Different sized polyester fibres intertwine and layer in a way that creates a very lightweight lofty structure. The nature of the structure creates lots of air pockets, which traps the heat emitted from the horse, and uses it to keep the horse warm.
Shiny coat: Anti rub lining promotes a clean and shiny coat.
Easy to use fastenings: Twin front fastenings, low cross surcingle’s, fillet string and D ring for optional leg straps.

Do you have a store I can come in to try my item?

We do have a small store which we operate for people to look at products and try on items. However since we have a large amount of products which are not all stored at our Paignton warehouse, we request that you notify us what you are interested in and we will get it transferred and contact you once the item(s) are ready to view.

Do you combine postage?

When purchasing through our dedicated website the checkout process calculates the postage cost based on a combination price. Just look for the “Estimate shipping and tax” box in your shopping cart.

What do I do if an item arrives damaged?

Please contact us straight away with details of the damage including photographs where possible. One of our many helpful support staff will contact you about how to proceed.

What do I do if my item does not arrive?

Please allow 3 working days before contacting us and please try your local delivery office as they may have been unable to deliver your parcel. If this still has not rectified the problem please contact us and a support member of staff will advise how to proceed.

How quickly will my refund come through?

Please allow up to 24 hours for the funds to return to the account which the payment was made from.

How do I use my discount code?

In the checkout cart there’s a section entitled Discount Codes below the reward points section. Simply enter your code and click apply coupon. If your coupon is valid this will then be applied to your order and will show as a “Discount” just above the Grand total.

Can I order over the phone?

We are an online company and as such this is not something we offer as standard. If we do carry out an order over the phone this will incur extra charges

Which courier services do you use?

At time of writing this FAQ we use Royal Mail, DHL and Parcel Force. We have chosen these after years of dealing with courier companies and have found these to be by far the most reliable and cost effective. You can track your item at the following links:

Why doesn’t my tracking code work?

Your tracking code is allocated at the time your order is processed, however this doesn’t get activated until the order has arrived at the first stage of its journey. So please allow 24 hours for the code to become active.
